In the May 2023 Canterbury City council elections, Keith Bothwell of the Green Party was elected to represent Swalecliffe. He is holding constituency surgeries on Wednesday 18 October and Wednesday 29 November at the Swalecliffe Community Hall between 5pm and 7pm.
